This advanced de-pigmenting additive offers a unique approach to skin lightening by targeting melanosome activity, the core mechanism behind unwanted pigmentation. While traditional arbutin struggles to penetrate the skin effectively due to its large, water-loving molecular structure, Dermaclinical’s innovative formulation overcomes this barrier by combining arbutin with a natural almond-derived enzyme called Beta-Glucosidase. The bond between the sugar & hydroquinone-like component is gen~y broken, allowing the active brightening agent to reach the deeper layers of the skin where melanocytes reside. This enzymatic activation enhances absorption & efficacy without the irritation commonly associated with hydroquinone. As a result, the skin safely & gently becomes visibly brighter & more even-toned, with reduced appearance of dark spots, melasma & discolouration.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Mix between 1-10ml Arbutase (stubborn melasma dependent) into your Dermaclinical product of choice. Keep in a cool place, out of direct sunlight - can be left in the fridge. Use Dermaclinical SPF 50 1-2 times daily & wear a hat & sunglasses when outdoors. Complete the use of your cream within 8 weeks.
