DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Take 12 capsules at 6 pm, and 12 capsules at 8 pm, and mix half a glass of olive oil with half a glass of grapefruit juice - swallow in one gulp.
- In the morning at 6 am / 8 am / 10 am repeat above.
